Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the Pak Rummy APK, or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our privacy policy, and our disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use Pak Rummy.

Eligibility

To use Pak Rummy you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally allowed to play where you live
• Provide accurate registration details
• Hold only one account
• Play with your own funds

It is your responsibility to check that online gaming is permitted for you. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time.

Your Account

You can register with your mobile number, a password, and an OTP. You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP private and for all activity on your account. Do not share your login, even with friends or family. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account. Returning players can log in at any time.

Games and Results

Pak Rummy offers prediction-style games. Before each round you choose an outcome and place a stake, and if the result matches you receive a return based on that game’s odds. Every game includes a house edge, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Once a round has started, a stake cannot be cancelled or changed. Declared results are final. If a technical fault, timer error, or obvious mistake affects a round, we may void it and return the stakes involved. Result history shown in the app is for reference and does not predict future results.

Deposits

Deposits are made from your own mobile wallet, such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimums, maximums, and processing times are shown in the app and on the payments page, and they can vary by method and VIP level.

Always send money to the exact payment details displayed in the app. Funds sent to a wrong number or with wrong details may be difficult or impossible to recover, so please double-check before you confirm.

Withdrawals

You can withdraw eligible funds to your registered wallet. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, identity and security checks, and any wagering requirement attached to a bonus. Processing is usually quick during active hours, but timing depends on checks and on payment providers, so we cannot guarantee a specific time.

We may ask for extra information or documents before releasing a withdrawal. Withdrawals are normally paid to the same wallet used for deposits, and we may refuse or reverse a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, cashback, and rewards are optional and carry conditions, such as wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligibility rules. For example, a bonus may need to be wagered several times before the related funds can be withdrawn. Amounts described as "up to” are maximums. We may change, pause, or end any promotion at any time. If we find that a bonus was abused, claimed through multiple accounts, or obtained by error, we may remove it together with any winnings linked to it.

Referral Program

You can invite friends with your personal referral link. A referral counts only if the new player registers through your link and meets the program’s conditions, such as making a first deposit. Commission rates may vary by VIP level and can change over time. Referring yourself, creating fake accounts, or using misleading methods to attract sign-ups is not allowed, and may lead to lost commissions and account closure.

VIP Levels

Pak Rummy has eight VIP levels, based on factors such as deposit volume and ongoing activity. Benefits such as limits, processing priority, and support access can differ by level. We may adjust the criteria and benefits of each level, and a level may be lowered if an account becomes inactive or breaks these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Open more than one account
• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Exploit bugs or system errors
• Work with others to gain an unfair edge
• Use stolen wallets or someone else’s funds
• Move money for unlawful purposes
• Abuse bonuses or referral rewards
• Harass staff or other players
• Let a minor use your account

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account, and withhold related funds where the law or an investigation requires, if we believe these terms have been broken, if required by law, or if there is a security risk. You can stop using Pak Rummy at any time and may contact us to ask about closing your account. Please withdraw any eligible balance before you do.

Responsible Play

Intellectual Property

The Pak Rummy name, logo, design, text, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission.

Liability

Pak Rummy is provided "as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for gaming losses, service interruptions, delays caused by payment providers or networks, or indirect and consequential losses. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and for important changes we will post a notice on the website or in the app. Continuing to use Pak Rummy after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where Pak Rummy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally.
